What's an Application for Degree?

The Application for Degree (AFD) is currently process that is completed online in the Enroll and Pay system. Along with this application, a major (or minor) certification sheet needs to be filled out and signed by the student as well as the student's academic advisor. You turn this in when you meet with your graduation advisor for those students in the college of liberal arts and sciences.


You can fill out the forms at your School or Dean's office.
